The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Youth and Children Public Associations" (re Age Limit, Participation in Election Coalitions) as a Basis

The bill (Reg. No. 2593) sets up a 10-per-cent quota for the founders of the youth and children organizations for the persons whose age exceeds 35 and 18 years respectively, and commissions the public authority and local self-government bodies to harmonize their resolutions with the youth and children public associations, while scrutinizing the programs related to the youth and children.
